The highest chances of pregnancy occur when you have sex the day before ovulation. This is because the cervix produces a secretion called mucus in the days before ovulation allow the arrival and ascent of sperm to the uterus and once ovulation has occurred that mucus does not allow the ascent of sperm.

The woman can determine whether that day evaluating the cervical mucus and mucus detecting the pre-ovulatory characteristics, either through the measurement of a hormone in urine, called LH, which allows you to predict the day you ovulate, and about the sexual relationship, the ideal is that there is a sex frequency of every 2 to 3 days, this is because sperm survive in fertile mucus or pre-ovulatory 3 to 5 days, and on the other hand, daily relations deteriorate the quality of semen and not allowing proper sperm production.
